Health, which is the target and its' ' conquest ' which is of the most important goal in life, is achieved when all parts of the body are free and work in harmony with one another, whether that relates to the functioning of a cell, or in operation the most complex system in the body. The disturbance of this harmony is responsible for many pathological and painful situations.
